Having worked within the office environment since leaving school (a few years ago now….) and quickly up to management level I have gained a vast amount of experience in variable industries and the departments within them. I am the Office Manager for Farnell Clarke’s main office, as well as this I also take care of the HR matters for our growing team across all of our offices and when I am not doing either of those, I assist with the sales credit control. HR has rapidly become my passion, so much so that I am working towards qualifying and extending my increasing skills and knowledge to our external HR resource. To be successful in HR you must be analytical, trusted and empathetic, so this is most certainly the area for me to utilise some of my strongest skills.
