Client Services Administrator

As Client Services Administrator I am responsible for the effective onboarding of new clients to Farnell Clarke. Ensuring that all new clients are onboarded in a timely and effective manner and set up seamlessly on any required systems. I am also responsible for various data projects and initiatives ensuring the various databases we use as a business are managed and updated properly and cleanly. Then working with the different FC teams, supporting them with data reports and insights to help them and our clients work smarter and more efficiently.

My interest in data and has come from a strong career in administration roles including the NHS, local government suppliers and mortgage brokers. I use this background not just to drive Farnell Clarke’s data management but to be a centre of excellence and support for the use of data in the company.
