I started with Farnell Clarke in 2012 when the company was very small and have seen it grow into the business it is today. I mainly deal with Company Secretarial duties, filing of Confirmation Statements and keeping our client’s details and share structures up to date with Companies House. I also deal with the Tax Enquiry Insurance that we offer to all our clients which gives piece of mind if HMRC decide to investigate. The work is varied and can be challenging but also enjoyable. Outside of work I enjoy walking with my dog and getting together with family and friends over a nice glass of G&T.
