Having grown up with a love of maths and numbers, accountancy was the logical career path for me. I have been working within an accounts environment for over 25 years and I am still learning as there are always new scenarios and questions to be answered. I love nothing more than being able to help my client grow their business and watching their success. My role mainly consists of compliance work, ensuring that my clients VAT and year end accounts are prepared and filed accurately, taking the time to explain to my clients what the figures I am sending then mean, without using jargon.
