Lisa began her career predominantly servicing and supporting SMEs, and moved on to work in industry, gaining finance experience in retail and construction businesses. Lisa moved back into practice in 2012 joining a Rutland based accountants as one of its first employees. She was instrumental in helping to grow the practice and was appointed director two years later. During her time there she built a team from the ground up, which became the Outsourced Finance team for its customers, while also managing a portfolio of clients. With a passion for cloud software and apps, Lisa is always on the lookout for new ways to introduce efficiencies to support her clients. Lisa’s moved back to Norfolk in 2022 and now heads up the Farnell Clarke Outsource Finance team. Outside work Lisa loves to spend time with friends, family, and the family dogs.
