I joined Farnell Clarke in 2019 as part of the senior leadership team to primarily focus on operational improvements and assist with our strategic growth plans. Alongside looking after the central service teams, I oversee our training function, and have a real passion for seeing our staff develop their careers in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Prior to working at Farnell Clarke, I trained in a technical tax based role focusing on small owner managed business and employment taxes, moving later into regional development and operational best practices with two top 50 accountancy firms. When not working, you can find me spending time with my family, attempting DIY (badly) on my home, and socialising with friends in the pub or the occasional football game.
