Farnell Clarke announces new leadership appointments

Award winning Norfolk based accountancy group Farnell Clarke, today announced that it has strengthened its leadership team with two new key appointments. Gail Carter has joined as Managing Director and Tim Youngman has joined in the new role of as Director of Marketing. These appointments are a key part of Farnell Clarke’s strategy for accelerated growth as it moves to become the UK’s number one digital native accountancy business.

Gail joins the business from property managers JLL where she worked for 11 years leading large and varied teams in the finance function, having previously worked as an auditor for a local accountancy firm. In her new role as Managing Director she will be responsible for our company strategy and overall business performance. Using well established leadership and management skills to achieve our growth ambition and deliver excellent client service through a highly motivated, dedicated and skilled team.

Tim Youngman has joined the business from media group Archant where he was Executive Director of Marketing responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of Archant’s marketing strategies and marketing communications. In his new role Tim will be responsible for growing the Farnell Clarke group brand and awareness and leading the marketing and business development teams. He will also be responsible for all marketing and communications for sister digital business App Advisory Plus.
